At TorchBearer Sauces, we want you to be completely satisfied with your spicy haul; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. If your order isn't up to our high standards, please reach out within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Return Process

  Inspect Your Shipment

  Upon arrival, carefully check your sauces for any signs of leakage, broken seals, or glass breakage that may have occurred during transit.

  Document the Issue

  Take clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping box, as these are required for us to process a claim with the carrier and expedite your replacement.

  Contact Support

  Email our team at [email protected] with your order number, the photos of the damage, and a brief description of the problem.

• 4.
  Resolution Process

  Once approved, we will ship out a replacement bottle immediately at no extra cost to you or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
